PN3232 Observation panel
The PN3232 observation panel is a microprocessor device designed for displaying information on two colored LED indicators and controlling the system by means of the buttons.
Communication with the FACP-1A or FACP-1M central unit is carried out via the RS-485 channel. The PN3232 panel is powered by a 12V external power supply source. Up to 8 PN3232 panels can be connected to one FACP-1A or FACP-1M. If the device has driven instruments, all the panels connected to it will display information and transfer control signals to all the driven instruments of any level. For that purpose, during setting up it is necessary to associate the necessary button or indicator of the PN3232 with the specific driven instrument.
There is a Touch Memory type key reader of the device body, which allows restricting access to keyboard control in case it is necessary. Up to four keys can be connected to one PN3232. Each of these keys can unlock its group of buttons from the total range of locked buttons. At the same time, part of the PN3232 buttons may remain unlocked.
When the RESET button is pressed and held for a minimum of 3 sec, operability check of the integrated LED indicators is carried out. The same procedure is carried out when the panel is activated (energized).
The light indicators of the buttons can operate in 4 modes: Green glow, Green flash, Red glow, Red flash. Each mode can be accompanied by an individual acoustic signal.
