Explosion-proof test lantern for checking of the explosion-proof flame fire detector IPP330-07e Gelios
The “Test lantern” allows checking the flame detector IPP330-07e Gelios and its analogs without disassembly, right on the installation site as well as the loop and FACP. It is used at chemical, oil and gas production, oil and gas processing industry enterprises and in explosion hazardous areas of other production facilities.
The scope of supply includes:
- light fixture Stabex HF - an electrical lantern in explosion-proof modification with explosion proofness marking 2ExibIICT4 (certificate of compliance No. РОСС DE.ГБ05.В02674).
- optical attachment which is an interference filter enclosed in a metal frame (in order to ensure possibility of connection to the Stabex light fixture) and meant for selecting from the radiation spectrum of the incandescent lamp the spectrum lines corresponding to the flame radiation spectrum by means of which the flame detectors IPP330-07e Gelios identify flame. Moreover, the interference filter is transparent in the range of wave lenghts of the portion of the spectum perciptible to the eye thus allowing directing the lantern at the optical sensor of the detector being tested.
It is indispensable for technicians in charge of surveillance of fire safety and automatic fire fighting equipment performance at explosive production facilities.
