TVK-07-O ARKTIKA General-Purpose Industrial Application Thermohousing for Extremely Low Temperatures in a galvanized low-carbon or stainless steel.
Distinctive features and characteristics
- It is made of galvanized low carbon or stainless steel.
- The main purpose of the housing: video surveillance for maintaining security, safety and technological process control at extremely low temperatures
- It allows avoiding use of special cameras, which, combined with the large effective volume of the thermohousing, extends the range of cameras that can be installed in it.
- Application in aggressive environments is possibly as well.
- Availability of the housing’s internal volume heating system allows applying this device at an ambient temperature of up to -70 °С.
- Ingress protection rating of thermohousing enclosure is IP66 / IР67 as per GOST 14254.
- Video equipment can be installed by the customer.
- The equipment includes an integrated power supply source for the video camera (12 VDC).
- If necessary, it can be equipped with mounting adapter AK-S (pole mount) and AK-U (angle mount).
- New option! The media converter is designed for converting signals between copper and optical segments of the network, transfer via fiber optic cable for up to 20 km.

For reference
The maximum current consumption of 3.3A is indicated for extreme operating conditions at ambient temperatures below -20°С (up to -70°С); it is necessary for heating of the interior space of TVK-07-O ARKTIKA and the sight glass. At an ambient temperature equal to -20°С or higher current consumption of TVK-07 does not exceed 0.8A, including the surveillance video camera’s current consumption.

TVK-07-O Passport
Two climatic version modifications are possible: УХЛ-1 and УХЛ-4;
- UHL-1 from -70 to +50°С with the suppy voltage of 24 VDC, 24 VAC and 220 VAC. Automatic preheating of the interior space to +5°С prior to cold start.
